Easy to use applications will help the user achieve their goals effectively with quality satisfaction. We can observe this from the popular apps around us. They have been able to grab higher number of users than those apps which was developed exploring less into usability.

As described in ISO 9421-11 standard on usability as an extent to which a product can be used to achieve satisfactory outcomes efficiently in a specified usage context.
